Cloud 9 was located at Chinnakanal with a beautiful view of Chinnakanal falls and tea plantations. In the year 2007, the building was demolished by the order of court.

It is worth noting that there were two levels (G+1), but the design was made such that the first floor looked as if it was the elevated ground floor.
